Last spring I decided to start looking into buying my first property. When I mentioned this to a
friend he had mentioned that I give Margaret Kisza a call given that she was doing a bunch
of work in Toronto.
I made contact with Margaret in April and immediately she began sending me links to the
current listings in my prices range and areas I would like to live. She also began given me
ideas and advise on what areas to maybe focus on and what I would likely find where.
In late June I began looking at condos with Margaret and this is where I came to realize that
I don’t think I could have picked a better realtor. All of the properties I chose to look at were
set up quite promptly and the day we were viewing places, I found Margaret to be very
professional, gracious, and curtious.
I ended up buying a condo in early July but even after the sale was complete Margaret
continued to be there to help me with anything I needed help with.
This was my first experience buying a home but I know that signing on with Margaret was
part of why my first experience went so well. Contrary to some of the stories I have heard
about.
